Trained as a journalist, Adam was working on an environmental website in London when a chance at reviewing organic beers sparked a desire to make exciting brews for himself. In 2011 he moved back to where he grew up in Wirral and began working at the local microbrewery. Since then he has been spreading the message of drinking wonderful beer from all over the world at beer tastings and through his current role as Head Brewer at Brimstage Brewery. As a Beer Sommelier he hopes to share his knowledge and passion with events across Merseyside and beyond.
