Mark is a qualified Wine Sommelier and Cordon Bleu Cook. He "grew up" working both back and front of house in the major hotels of London's West End before embarking on a life at sea in the Cruise industry. Finally finding the best place in the world to live he settled in the Viking beer lands of Norway. The last few years he has been on the Restaurant floor matching beer/wine for fine dining patrons in both Oslo and Trondheim.
Recently passing the WSET Diploma in Wine and Spirits it was a natural progression for Mark to complete the missing unit by enrolling in The Beer Academy Sommelier program.
