Shane O'Beirne

"Originally from Galway, Shane is currently Head Brewer at Bristol based Beerd Brewery. He took on this role in early 2013 after completing his formal brewing education at Heriot Watt. At Beerd he's brewed and explored a wide range of beer styles and flavors. When he's not in the brewhouse he can be found spreading the 'word of beer' through tours, talks and tastings.
