Simply put, Dennis just loves food, drink and the hospitality industry.
His career behind the bar has taken him from pulling pints of Mild in the Black Country, to mixing cocktails on the Côte d'Azur, where he found his passion for wine.
Returning to England, Dennis completed his WSET studies, and became a Sommelier at Malmaison & Hotel du Vin. He also had a stint as Sommelier at the Michelin starred Purnell’s restaurant in Birmingham.
Moving into sales, initially with Berkmann wine cellars, and latterly entering the brewing industry with Molson Coors. Dennis loves working with a variety of operators and styles of outlet, he believes in a consultative approach with the customer, and a focus on the entire consumer experience.
Dennis is passionate about beer and food matching, and is keen to increase beers appreciation as a diverse and exciting partner to food. He is also looking for opportunities to judge and brew beer, so please get in touch.
