My love and passion for good beer started in 2006 during a beer tasting course in Italy. This encouraged me to start brewing at home! The passion was so strong that I've achieved my Postgraduate Master Degree in Brewing Technologies at CERB in Italy in 2009.
During the years, I've been brewing for different craft breweries like Birrificio Baladin in Italy and Schouskjelleren Mikrobryggeri in Norway, increasing my passion and knowledge about beer.
The Beer Sommelier course was a great experience and I especially enjoyed the food pairing topic which, I think, still has a lot of unexpressed potential. Indeed, I think beer should be considered exactly like wine is when it comes to food pairing. At the beginning of 2017, I've planned to open my own brewery in Oslo, Norway.
