I have worked for Molson Coors for just over 6 years as the in-house Beer Development Specialist.
I have been in the drinks business for 17 years working for the likes of Red Bull and Pernod Ricard. I found my true passion in 2009 whilst working for Different World Drinks. The catalyst being Belgian Beer Sommelier, Marc Stroobrandt, expert training. I was captivated.
I look after all internal and external beer training for Molson Coors in Scotland. It is my responsibility to ensure appropriate levels of beer knowledge are held by customers, colleagues, and business partners. This may include knowledge on the brew process & ingredients, beer styles & identification of flavour/aroma profiles, food pairing, bar service standards, cellar maintenance and sales techniques. I also work with key account groups to drive Rate of Sale and consumer engagement.
