Being from the west coast of Norway, the most famous area for cider making in Norway; Luis Herreros was exposed to quality cider from an early age. But the interest really evolved when he started in The Norwegian Beer Academy.
He started holding cider tastings at the academy in 2017 and started his training as a pommelier in 2018. He loves to give away knowledge to people and inspiring people to use cider as an alternative to beer and wine, especially when combined with food.
These days he is working hard to bring the joy for cider to the average Joe, company’s and other private groups who like to experience real cider. All through fun and educational tastings.”
